Rosemary Bread

Mix fast-acting yeast with flours. Melt butter. Stir in warm water, milk, sugar, butter, salt, sesame seed, onion, and rosemary. Knead thoroughly until smooth. Flatten the dough, then add cheese cubes. Quickly knead until they are well combined. Place dough in a clean bowl greased with butter, turning it so it becomes greased on all sides. Cover with a clean, dry cloth and put in a warm place for 1 ½ hours until the dough is double in size. Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake for 30 minutes. During the last 10 minutes, cover the loaf with foil to prevent it from getting too dark. Remove from pan and cool.

Decorate with rosemary and coarse salt.
